The Art Gallery of Nova Scotia is the fun place to be on pd-days! These full-day workshops for primary to grade 6 students encourage creative development while teachers are participating in their professional development.

Led by experienced art educators, these workshops will include hands-on art activities in the studio and visits to the various exhibitions for inspiration.

Register early! We have a limited number of spaces available.

 Important details:

  • Students are to be dropped off (between 8:30 - 9 a.m.) and picked up at the Studios (between 4 - 4:45 p.m.). There is no supervision before 8:30am.
  • Lunchtime supervision is included. Students are required to bring their lunch. No NUT products please! It is suggested that students pack a snack for mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon.
