In 1993, Germaine Koh received a Master of Fine Arts degree from Hunter College of City University of New York. Koh’s upcoming schedule includes the 2004 Liverpool Biennial and the first Biennale nationale de sculpture contemporain as well as shows at Para/Site Art Space in Hong Kong, the Edmonton Art Gallery, le Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal, and the Yokohama Museum of Art.
Koh has been included in international exhibitions such as the Biennale of Sydney and La Biennale de Montréal. Her work has also been featured at institutions such as The British Museum in London; the Frankfurter Kunstverein; Bloomberg SPACE in London; the Seoul Museum of Art; Artspace, Sydney; The Power Plant, Toronto, ON; the Contemporary Art Gallery, Vancouver, BC; Plug In ICA Winnipeg, MB; Ex Teresa Arte Actual, Mexico City; the Art Gallery of Ontario, Toronto, ON; and Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions, CA.
