Nocturne
is a non-for-profit organization relying on monetary and in-kind
sponsorship, grants, program advertising revenue, and volunteer
support. The event is mandated to be free and accessible for all.
Without the support of such generous sponsors, Nocturne would not be
able to provide: funding for 34 Independent Projects by local artists,
a free 48 page full-color program/map, and two free Metro Transit buses
stopping close to Nocturne galleries and project locations throughout
Halifax.
Watch for the release of the program at all participating
Galleries and at various other locations throughout Halifax, the first
week of October. Visit our
