In 2008 Nocturne: Art at Night drew thousands to the streets of Halifax to experience art in a whole new light. 25 special projects brought energy to the streets and 29 Galleries stayed open late. Our generous sponsors took a chance investing in the first annual event; and with the help of a few dedicated artists, galleries and volunteers, the signature art event was a complete success.
