“MAUDIFIED” HOUSE RAFFLE & AUCTION Sunday, September 14, from 6 to 9 at Th’ YARC
Tickets are $10 and are available at Th’ YARC and the Art Gallery. There are a limited number available, so we urge you to get yours soon.
We want to invite people to come out and enjoy the auction as an event. There will be a reception, with delicious finger food 6 to 7. This will also give you the opportunity to view the houses as they will all be at Th’ YARC. You will have a chance to chat with the artists and volunteers that helped throughout the project. Raffle tickets for the Plymouth School “Maudified” House will be on sale; this will be your last chance to purchase a ticket. Sandra Phinney’s book and the set of postcards of the “Maudified” Houses, will be on sale, with special pricing for that night.
We are going to kick off the auction with a little vignette, called Mostly Maud’s, written and directed by Linda Marie Coakley. Linda has assembled and has been rehearsing with 9 little Mauds, and they will be premiering the piece that night.
The first item up for auction will be a Maud Memorabilia Basket, value $250, with Maud inspired merchandise, along with one of Sue Hood’s Limited Edition Maud glass beads.
Interspersed in the auction will be some great draw prizes.

“Maudified” House Special Draw.
The 10 successful bidders of the “Maudified” Houses will have their names placed in the “Hat” for a chance to win a one week stay in a 2bdrm, 2 bath condo in New York City. The draw will take place at the end of the Auction. Remember you will have a 1 in 10 chance of winning.

Some people may be wondering where the money from the auction will go. It will be going to our Children’s Art Fund, this fund offers children, who may not be able to take art classes the opportunity to attend classes at the Gallery. Some of the money will go to help start an Art Scholarship fund, for students who will be attending a university or College. The money also goes to support programs like Family Sundays, Gingerbread Sundays, so more families will be able to participate and there are many other ways that the Friends, help the Art Gallery continue to be a benefit to the community
