Hold your next seminar, training session or executive meeting in the Gallery's Seminar Room. The room accommodates up to 50 people comfortably. Food and beverages, including working lunches, are permitted. Catering arrangements must be made by the organization renting the space.
Equipment: The room is equipped with a pull-down screen, white-board, telephone line, an internet connection and a coat rack. Please review the equipment rental information and fees if you wish to use additional AGNS equipment.
Room Rental fees: $135 for half day and $250 for full day, additional fees if room is required prior to 8:00am or after 5:00pm.
Our Lecture Theatre accommodates 80 people in its fixed theatre seating. The space is perfect for your next panel discussion, presentation or press-conference.
Equipment: The Lecture Theatre is equipped with a podium and fixed microphone, DVD, VCR, slide projector, large pull-down screen and internet connection. Please review the equipment rental information if you wish to use additional AGNS equipment.

The Gallery brings a unique atmosphere to any special event, party and gathering. The Gallery spaces are most suitable for stand-up or cocktail receptions; however, the Gallery can be flexible with special arrangements as long as Gallery standards and regulations are followed. As an alternative, sit-down meals are also offered in the AGNS Cheapside Café. Gallery space bookings are only possible when the Gallery is closed to the general public. Catering is done exclusively by Scanway Catering and arrangements must be made by the organization renting the space.
Fees are negotiated with the Gallery staff before the event is confirmed. Prices may vary depending on the level of staff involvement and set-up required.
