Run by the Art Sales and Rental Society, the Art Sales & Rental Gallery has an extensive selection of over 1,000 pieces from more than 200 Atlantic Canadian Artists. We are located beside the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, on Hollis Street, and are open 7 days a week. New works are received and hung every two weeks, so regular visits are recommended due to the continuously changing selection.
In addition to knowledgeable staff and volunteers who are there to assist you in exploring the collection, services include international shipping, local delivery, and for our corporate clients, in-house art consultation and installation.
The Art Sales & Rental Society was founded in 1976 as a not-for-profit organization to benefit the acquisition fund of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia and promote Atlantic Canadian artists by offering quality art work to the public. The Art Sales & Rental Society is governed by volunteers.
