The Art Gallery of Nova Scotia is proud to offer educational tours during the school year to enrich the learning of students and teachers.

This year's exhibition and tour schedule promises to be dynamic and inspiring! This winter 2012 the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia is presenting four new exhibitions including Material World and Reinvention: The Art and Life of HM Rosenberg. Students and teachers always enjoy visiting our Permanent Collection as well which includes the painted house of folk artist Maud Lewis!

About our Tours:

-Tours are 1 ½ hours long and are available for booking Tuesday – Friday beginning at 10am.
-Cost is $5 per student
-Maximum class size of 60 students
-Maximum student/adult ratio of 5:1
-Gallery visit bookings must be made a minimum of three weeks in advance 
-Groups enter through Gallery South via the courtyard.

2) Fill out the online Booking form
3) We will confirm your booking by email

Who will guide your group?
Highly trained, experienced, and dedicated docents, our volunteer guides, will lead your group. Teachers and adult chaperones are required to stay with each group and are responsible for discipline.
