In-Service Day Camps

Days Camps at the AGNS!

The Art Gallery of Nova Scotia is the fun place to be on in-service days. These full day workshops for primary to grade 6 students are led by experienced art educators and will explore various materials and techniques – a little painting, drawing, building and Gallery touring – these day camps have it all!

• Students are to be dropped off and picked up from the Education Centre on the first floor of AGNS Gallery South.  There is no supervision before 8:30 am.
•Camps run from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Drop off between 8:30 and 9:00 am. Pick up between 4:00 and 4:45.
• Students must bring their own lunch and labeled water bottle. It is suggested that students pack a snack for mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon.  No NUT products please.
• Art making can be messy so students remember to wear “work” clothes.
