A partnership program with Symphony Nova Scotia and Long & McQuade featuring a percussion ensemble, instrument "petting zoo", and related hands-on art making.

Join Gordon Pictou from the Glooscap Heritage Centre for a guided tour of the exhibition Kekina'masuti Nemitekemk Nktuey Mijua'jijk - Through Children's Eyes to explore Mi'kmaw culture through the creative arts, and Kluskap legends.

An Evening of Art and Arthritis    6:30pm

March is Juvenile Arthritis Awareness Month. Please join us for a presentation and discussion on juvenile arthritis with Dr. Suzanne Ramsey, pediatric rheumatologist. View the artwork and painted house of well-known folk artist Maud Lewis who had juvenile arthritis.  This event is a hosted by The Arthritis Society and the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia.

French Film Night + Tour    6:30pm

Join us for our partnership program with Alliance Francaise to view the documentary film De Duchamp au Pop Art  by Alain Jaubert (Palettes Collection-Arte, France 2001) The screening will be in French with English subtitles. A guided tour delivered in French will follow the screening.

Supper Club hosted by the Young Patrons' Circle

Join The Circle in this intimate and engaging event that will provide you with a unique chance to meet fellow Circle members, art enthusiasts and special guest artist Lisa Lipton. Lisa will be providing an insider's tour of her exhibit Stop @ Forever, which includes installation, videos, musical and sculptural work that describes her sometimes romantic, sometimes nostalgic, always carefully considered, take on the world around her.
