If you are interested in donating, bequeathing works to, or offering works for purchase by the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, contact Curator of Collections Shannon Parker and provide the following information:

• Description of the work(s) with artist, dimensions, and medium if possible
• Images of the work(s)
• Provenance of the work(s) - when, how, and from whom you acquired these works
• Asking price (if a purchase)

This information is put forward for review by the Gallery's Curatorial Committee and by its Acquisition Committee. The Acquisitions Committee makes the final determination as to whether to accept an offered donation.

The following are the upcoming deadlines and associated meetings.  As long as all the necessary information about potential acquisitions is received by the Acquisition Offer deadline, it will be reviewed at the corresponding Curatorial and Acquisition Committee meetings.
